Let’s face it.

Boosted Moose is a personal journey that was started because no suitable solution could be found. Existing approaches were either restrictive, expensive or lacking features. The heart of the project is V-Link. A fully open-source and highly customizable web-app that is in active development. A custom made PCB creates the link between the app and the vehicle.

The V-Link HAT packs 2x CAN, 4x ADC, LIN, and Serial into a sleek, space-saving design—perfect for tight spaces.

Onboard features include dual 120 Ω termination jumpers for CAN, an analog-to-NTC thermistor conversion jumper, and a removable fuse. Plus, a dedicated fan header supports PWM fan control for efficient cooling.

Jumpers and 3A Miniblade Fuse are included in package.

Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connectors ensure secure and hassle-free wiring, allowing you to build a robust harness for your setup.

Cables and male connectors are not included in the package.

The onboard PSU is delivering up to 40W and powers the hat and peripherals which are connected to the second USB-C or the solder pads.

Drawing a lot of current is requiring sufficient cooling.

Designed for vehicles, the V-Link HAT features a smart ignition logic to power the Raspberry on and off in a safe way, preventing data corruption and ensuring reliable operation.

Requires 12V signal on IGN pin.
